Light snow is likely this evening, mainly southwest of a
Rockford, IL to Rensselaer, IN line. Accumulations of a coating
to an inch could result in locally hazardous travel.

  Elevated Snow Risk.
Saturday...
  Limited Snow Risk.
Saturday morning through Monday morning...
  Limited to Elevated Excessive Cold Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Accumulating snow is expected in portions of the area Thursday
night into early Friday morning and again Saturday into Saturday
night.

Bitterly cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero are possible
Saturday night into Sunday morning.
